Elm Building Group has worked closely with South. Point Shopping Centre and Hunter Architects to deliver a number of related Projects as part of the Centre's rebranding and capital upgrades program. Works have been extensive and diverse including facade, shopfrontage, and signage upgrades. New awning and dining pavilion structures were constructed along with entry upgrades. Critical to these works was maintaining continuous and safe access to the Centre by traders and shoppers alike whilst managing dust and noise. Collaborative design and solutions focused building underpinned the successful outcomes Elm Building Group delivered for the Client. These works were recognised as a 'Finalist' in the 2019 ACT MBA Awards in the Commercial & Retail Fitout, Refurbishment or Alteration - Less than $1 million.
